Hi, I’m Lilly, the founder of LB Financial Insights.
I am a finance professional with experience in financial analysis, revenue management, and full-cycle bookkeeping. I currently work as a Senior Financial Analyst while completing my MBA in Finance. Through my professional experience, I have developed a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions.
I started LB Financial Insights because I genuinely enjoy working with small businesses. As a small business owner myself, I understand how challenging it can be to run a business while also trying to stay on top of your finances. In a world that is increasingly dominated by large corporations and automated services, I believe there is real value in supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs who are building something meaningful in their communities.
My goal is to make financial information clear and accessible so business owners can feel confident about their numbers and focus on growing their businesses. I believe financial support should be personal, transparent, and built on trust rather than passed between multiple people or departments.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and learning new things. I take care of my chickens, enjoy growing fruits and vegetables, and am always curious about developing new skills. That same curiosity and dedication to learning carries into my work, where I am always looking for better ways to help my clients understand their finances and build stronger businesses.
